Vegan Basil Pesto
Serves: 6 | Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 75g walnuts
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend. (Yep, it’s that easy!)
- Enjoy over warm pasta or with bread
